Because the diameter of DNA is extra fine of 2nm (nanometer, 2 / 1,000,000 mm), it is possible to be stored in the nucleus which is 10 micrometers(μm)( = 10000nm) in the diameter.
DNA is in all cells except the red blood corpuscle which has no nucleus.
