Math Problem (Level 2) : Folded and flattened paper tape (JJ25)

As shown in Fig. 1, there is a ring of paper tape 2 cm in width and 52 cm in length of circumference.
It is folded and flattened as shown in Fig. 2.
A quadrangle ABCD is a horizontally long rectangle.
The area of the shadow area of Fig. 3 became twice the area of rectangle ABCD.
Answer the following questions.

(1) Find the length of the circumference of rectangle ABCD.

(2) Find the length of AB and BC.
